| A: A Broker is an individual, company, or organization that promotes our products and services to Associations or Businesses, which in turn promote to their established networks of members using their websites, and other forms of marketing communications. The Broker has the opportunity to negotiate the price of the product in order to offer a discount/benefit to their membership. |

| Q: Why should I become a Reseller? |
| A: If you would like to earn ongoing, residual monthly income for telling people in your personal and professional networks about a great product that will help them build and maintain their own website, then becoming a Reseller is the way to go. You’ll earn commission for every purchase of Site Brand Builder® made via the link or banner you place on your website. |

Once you sign up, you can put a Site Brand Builder® banner on your website that links visitors to our site. Each time someone clicks on the banner and purchases a Site Brand Builder® product over the internet, we know through a special code in the banner to credit you the referral commission. Commission payments are processed every month. |

| A: Easy. Just go to UpYourImage.com/reseller/reseller.php. You will enter the Reseller Resource Center. At the top of the page in the headline, there is a button titled Become a Reseller. Click and complete the form. OR go to the top of the left hand navigation. You’ll see Join Now and the Registration link. Click and complete the form. |

| Q: Will my website qualify for your Reseller Program? |

Site Brand Builder® wants to work with all websites, whether you’re a large commercial site, a small business site, or an individual personal site. We will review your application to make sure your content complies with our company policies and will let you know within two weeks.
Note:We will not accept a site if its content is defamatory, harassing, obscene, racially objectionable, or unlawful. |

| Q: Can I join the Reseller Program if I live outside the USA? |

Yes, we welcome Resellers and Brokers from all countries. We will set up a payment mechanism for processing your commission payments. |

Once you have agreed to the terms of the Agreement of the urImage.com Site Brand Builder® your only other responsibility is to place banners and links to Site Brand Builder® on your website. Those are provided in our Reseller Resource Center. |

| A: Location…location…make sure to place the Site Brand Builder® banner on your highly visible homepage and other popular pages on your site. That will make it easier for your visitors to find the link and go directly to UpYourImage.com to buy the Site Brand Builder®. And then there’s more money in your commission check. |

| Q: How much money will I make as a Reseller? |
| A: Resellers are paid for each visitor that purchases the Site Brand Builder®. We pay according to the package. |

| Q: How are my referrals tracked and credited to my account? |
| A: The Site Brand Builder banners and links to our site are coded with your unique source ID. Each time a person comes through your banner/link to our site and purchases a package, your account is credited. |

| Q: How can I check on my commissions? |
| A: Just log in to the Reseller Resource Center and then go to the Tracking & Reports in the left navigation. Click and you will see your account. |

| Q: Why don’t I see some referrals credited to my account? |
| A: Clicks on our banners are posted immediately to your account. However, activity that results in referrals or sales may take up to 90 days to be recognized. Please check the terms and conditions outlined in the Site Brand Builder® Reseller Agreement and you’ll be assured that you’ll receive credit for all accounts that qualify as a referral or sale. |

| Q: How do I get the links and banners to put up on my website? |
| A: Once you have signed up as a Reseller and have been approved you’ll be able to log in and get the banners and links and the code that are within our Marketing Resources. |

They will be linked to UpYourImage.com Site Brand Builder®. There they will learn everything they need to know to about the Site Brand Builder®—it’s features, benefits, pricing, and how to buy the product. |

| Q: What's the difference between a referral and a sale? |
| A: A Referral is when you send us the name of a prospective customer and we follow up to make a sale. A Sale is when that prospect becomes a paying customer. |
